FamilyCare Virtual Clinic

Doctor Screening & Quality Assurance

Our credentialing and monitoring process protects patient safety, upholds professional integrity, and ensures every consultation meets the highest standard of care.

Licensing and Credentials

All doctors and specialists on FamilyCare Virtual Clinic are carefully screened to meet strict professional, regulatory, and ethical standards. Every doctor must be duly licensed by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), while specialists are required to hold recognized postgraduate or fellowship certifications from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) and/or the West African Postgraduate Medical College (WAPMC).

Practice Verification and Interviews

Only actively practicing doctors working in accredited public or private hospitals are onboarded. Credentials, hospital affiliations, and specialist qualifications are thoroughly verified, and all doctors undergo a structured interview to assess clinical competence, ethics, communication skills, and readiness for virtual care delivery.

Continuous Monitoring and Compliance

To maintain high standards of care, all onboarded doctors are continuously monitored, with periodic revalidation of credentials. Any doctor found to be non-compliant with regulatory or platform standards is promptly suspended or removed.

Patient Safety First

This rigorous process ensures patient safety, professional integrity, and high-quality healthcare delivery on our platform.
